Weâre seeking a Creative & Marketing Director to lead and execute high-impact brand and marketing initiatives across a fast-growing DTC business. This role calls for a seasoned creative leader with deep experience in direct-to-consumer brands, a strong eye for design and storytelling, and the operational rigor to drive campaigns from concept to completion.
Youâll work closely with company leadership, guiding the overall creative direction while ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, aligned with brand standards, and optimized for performance.
Own and evolve the creative direction of the brand across all channels
Manage and execute marketing campaigns end-to-end (strategy, creative, launch, and performance tracking)
Collaborate with internal teams and contractors to ensure all creative assets meet brand quality and goals
Oversee and maintain brand standards across content, visuals, and messaging
Track marketing performance metrics and optimize campaigns for ROI
Develop, document, and refine SOPs related to marketing and creative workflows
Ensure detailed, meticulous execution across all projectsâ nothing falls through the cracks
5+ years in creative leadership, brand, or marketing director roles, preferably in DTC or consumer product companies
A strong creative portfolioâbranding, content, campaigns, etc.
Demonstrated success in running high-performing marketing initiatives across multiple channels (email, paid, social, web)
Experience leading cross-functional teams and external vendors
Hands-on with creative tools (Figma, Adobe Suite, etc.) and marketing platforms
Detail-obsessed, proactive, and highly organized
A balance of strategic vision and tactical execution
