Job Title: Direct Support Professional (DSP).

Location: Success Rehabilitation, Inc.

Shifts Available:

• 7AM-3PM.
• 3PM-11PM.

Primary Job Duties: As a DSP at Success Rehabilitation, Inc., you will help residents achieve a maximum level of independence and quality of life.

• Supporting each resident toward the achievement of active treatment goals.
• Assisting residents in maintaining a safe, comfortable, home-like environment.
• Helping clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including transfers and personal care, as needed.
• Transporting clients to community outings, day programs, and doctor’s appointments.

Job Qualifications : To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A valid driver’s license.
• Proof of a high school diploma, GED, or college/university degree from a US educational institution or active status on PA CNA registry.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Willingness to be flexible and cross-trained at various locations for client coverage.
• Minimum of 6 months Human Services/Direct care experience as an employee, volunteer, or for a family member.
• Physical ability to walk, stand, stoop, sit, kneel, bend, push, and pull.
• Capability to lift 50 lbs. without assistance.
• Flexibility with weekend availability.
• Punctuality, responsibility, and ability to work independently.
• Ability to problem solve with a team-oriented mindset.
