Title: Interior Architectural Designer

Salary: $80,000 to $100,000 per year

Location : Miami Shores, 33138

Key Qualifications:

• Experience: A minimum of 4 years in interior design or architectural practice, specifically within the residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.
• Project Management: Proficiency with tools such as Pro-Core.
• Design Software Proficiency:
• Mastery of AutoCAD, SKETCH-UP, ENSCAPE, 3-D STUDIO MAX, and BLUEBEAM.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Conceptualization: Expertise in developing architectural design concepts and collaborating with both firm leadership and individual stakeholders.
• Product Knowledge: Experience with architectural construction materials (finishes, lighting, plumbing, appliances) and interior design soft goods (furnishings, textiles, decorative lighting).
• Construction Documentation: Capability to create comprehensive construction drawing sets and detailed product specifications.
• Codes and Standards: Broad understanding of construction materials, industry standards, and codes.
• Collaboration: Coordination with MEP engineering consultants for seamless integration.
• Project Management: Competence in managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Construction Administration: Proficiency in overseeing projects during the construction phase.
• Quality Assurance: Reviewing shop drawings, project submittals, etc., for document compliance.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English, with additional languages considered an advantage.
• Location: The vibrant city of Miami, Florida.
