**Job Title: Production Worker** **Job Description** Join our dynamic production team where you will play a vital role in assembling, packing, and palletizing materials to support large-scale orders within the wine industry. This position offers a hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, ideal for individuals seeking to contribute to the efficient distribution of packaging materials. **Responsibilities** + Box Assembly: Fold boxes, create inserts for bottles, and pack materials. + Order Fulfillment: Assist in completing a 10,000-unit order by the end of July. + Warehouse Duties: Wrap pallets, stack pallets, and perform general production tasks. + Adapt to varying work pace, ranging from slow to fast-paced depending on demand. + Physical Requirements: Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs, though heavy lifting is not required. + Short-Term Role: Reliable full-time employment for 3-4 weeks. **Essential Skills** + Experience in warehouse operations, production, packing, and repacking. + Proficiency in cleaning, general production, and assembly tasks. + Ability to operate pallet jacks and label packages. + Comfortable working in a general labor capacity. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Packaging experience is beneficial. + Experience in assembling kits and repacking. + Knowledge of labeling boxes or packages. + Comfortable in warehouse settings. + Production experience to maintain pace with fast-paced environments. **Why Work Here** Be part of a company that has been a leader since 1947, committed to customer-centric philosophy. Safety and excellent warehousing practices are prioritized. Expect to engage in production line tasks and participate in the cleaning rotation, including duties such as dusting racks, sweeping, and trash disposal. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Fairfield, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
