One of the largest tech companies based in Seattle, WA is hiring a Technical Recruiter to join a growing team in San Diego, CA. Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and experienced Technical Recruiter/Sourcer to join our team in San Diego, CA. This is a 6-month contract position with the potential for extension. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical recruiting and talent acquisition, particularly in sourcing Software Development Engineers (SDEs). Role will be 100% onsite in San Diego, CA. Responsibilities: + Execute full-cycle and sourcing, recruiting for technical positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. + Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other tools to manage and track candidates throughout the recruitment process. + Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify high-quality candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn and other professional networks. + Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic recruiting solutions. + Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates and build relationships with potential future hires. + Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the recruitment process. Required Skills: + 4-8 years of experience in technical sourcing and recruiting for Software Development Engineers (SDEs). + Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools. + Strong sourcing skills, particularly on LinkedIn and other professional networks. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. + Experience in full-cycle recruiting. + Strong organizational and time management skills. + Ability to work collaboratively with team members and hiring managers. + Bachelors degree preferred Work Environment This position is 100% onsite in San Diego, CA. You will be working in a professional office environment with all necessary technologies and equipment provided to perform your duties effectively. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $42.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
