Job Description

Adecco is hiring immediately for a Staffing Recruiter with a local client in Santa Clara, CA. Pay is $49.00/hr - $52.00/hr. Duties: · Lead on the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position. Utilize/leverage/develop relationships with outside vendors, web sites, and niche posting sites. · Efficiently and effectively fill open positions. · Conduct regular follow-up with managers/recruiters to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation. · Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need. · Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting. · Build networks to find qualified passive candidates. · Post openings in appropriate venues (social and professional web media, associations, colleges, institutes). · Utilize appropriate sourcing channels (Internet, referrals, recruitment vendor, for recruitment. · Develop/utilize employment the global employment brand. · Utilize/maintain the ATS system for sourcing, reporting, metrics and provide feedback to streamline the recruitment process. · Effectively partner with all areas of HR to ensure seamless onboarding of new hires. · Utilize recruitment budget within given targets.
