We are looking for a passionate UX/UI Designer who will be responsible for creating intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centered designs for our website and other digital touchpoints. You will work closely with product partners, developers, and the marketing team to ensure the best possible user experience and to strengthen our brand identity online. Your role will play a key part in shaping the digital journey of our customers, from browsing collections to making purchases, all while aligning with our fashion-forward values.
The Role:
Be the product owner across our digital experiences, reporting to the Creative Director + VP of Marketing. Own the overarching product roadmap and the long term vision.
User Experience Design: Manage the full product lifecycle among internal and outsourced teams. Conduct user research, including surveys, user interviews, and usability testing, to gather insights and understand user needs and pain points.
Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and functionality. UI Design: Design visually appealing user interfaces that are consistent with the brand identity, ensuring a seamless experience across web and mobile platforms.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Development) to deliver designs that are technically feasible and meet business goals.
Management: Oversee all touchpoints with our web agency partner.
Branding & Consistency: Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual language, ensuring consistency across digital products and communication channels.
Testing & Iteration: Conduct A/B testing and use analytics to inform design decisions and continuously improve user experience.
Responsive Design: Ensure designs are optimized for a variety of devices (desktop, tablet, mobile) and screen sizes.
Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table.
Balance priorities: Large-scale build projects, new feature design, UX design, hot-fixes, bug backlog, 3rd party integrations, data share, A/B testing, payment & checkout ops etc
Project management: Oversee processes to prioritize projects and execute within deadlines
You:
4+ years proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills (preferably in fashion or retail businesses that have significantly scaled).
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch.
Experience in building relationships with developers/partners with seamless design handoff and strong wireframe systems.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Experience with responsive web design and mobile-first principles.
Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and typography.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus, but not required.
Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Experience working with various ecommerce platforms, including Shopify
Experience building & launching large scale digital projects, and cohesive omnichannel customer journeys between digital + in-store
Expertly versed in project management frameworks and methodologies
A cross functional collaborator who people enjoy working with
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for fashion and a strong understanding of the latest industry trends.

The expected annual salary for this role is $115,000-$130,000.
We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance and business needs.
